It is within this great barbaric nation of elves that the Storm-Eater sits upon his peak in Isolation feeding upon the power of all the storms on Akithor. This Phenomenon has covered the forest in constant storms.
Kayalara is the birthplace of an elven storm cult. Elves from all across Akithor have voyaged here and joined the Storm Elves. Storm Elves live amongst the trees in harmony. Their sacred task is to protect the elder forrest from the storm for as long as it is covered in constant storms brought by the Storm Eater up on his peak in the middle of this forrest.
The storm elves of Kyalara are not a peaceful people. They are at war with many of their neighbors. Any non elves who incur into their protected forest are dealt with violently.
The great primal forests of Kayalara are also home to many Dinosaurs. The Storm Elves are more than content to allow them to roam freely. Those that are not tamed that is.
Rain and Lightning everyday. Roaming bands of electric elementals hunt these woods.
