Fandyl is ruled by the mighty Mummy Queen. The ability to trade across Akithor has been a massive boon to the economy. The Mummy Queen does not enjoy the support of the people. Of course Mummies care not for the wishes of others.
A supernaturally thick fog emanates throughout Fandyl. Most of the forests that cover Fandyl were once tended by elves. They are quite healthy and provide great financial reward for those who exploit them like the elves didn’t.
Fandyl is spread across six islands. The main island is not controlled in it’s entirety by Fandyl however the other five islands are. The main Island is the seat of three nations Braeton, Fandy and Weyvin. While no alliance exists trade agreements between the three nations seem to keep the peace. The Mummy Queen is much happier with the foreign invaders than with the elves they kicked out
